Job Description: IFSYS North America - Project Manager
General Overview:
IFSYS North America is looking for a Project Manager to join their safety conscious team in Inman, SC!
This position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and coordinating all aspects of project work.
Work closely with the Sales Team to make sure the project is managed from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed in a safe manner according to the job procedure plan as well as the safety execution plan.
Other responsibilities include effective communication with customers, Service Technicians and the Sales Manager in charge of the account.
Ensure appropriate/reliable equipment and fully trained personnel are on site.
Qualifications:
· Must have knowledge of Automation. Parts Feeding Technology is a plus
· Prior Project Management/Supervisor experience with proven leadership skills
· Proven well developed teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and team facilitation
· Well versed in technical writing and verbal communication
· Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution
· Ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
· Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
· Strong working knowledge of CAD Software, SolidWorks/ eDrawings a plus

Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and coordinating all aspects of project work from quoting process through completion of project
- Work directly with the Sales Manager for a smooth handshake of projects and project scope
- Knowledge of Web meeting software….Microsoft (Teams, Webex…etc)
- Ensure project is completed in a safe manner according to the job procedure plan as well as the safety execution plan
· Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in machinery/equipment and design
- Effective communication with Customers, field Service Technicians and the Sales Manager in charge of the account
- Support and direct Service Team
- Ensure appropriate/reliable equipment and fully trained personnel are on site.
· Primary liaison between customer and IFSYS operations in resolving service issues. Work with Sales Team to monitor account activity to ensure that defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Cultivates quality relationships laterally and above primary contact to retain clients and win referrals to new clients. Demonstrates business acumen, cultivating a network with the result of earning the respect to be viewed as a trusted business advisor
· Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project. Arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel
- Work with Sales and Service Teams for Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance of Machinery/Equipment and customer training of equipment
- Perform effective communication of account activity and requirements with all support staff to ensure account services are maintained at the highest level
- Coordinate, organize and present business reviews and plan meetings per customer schedule
- Monitor and report project progress to IFSYS Management
- Travel 25%
- Perform other duties as assigned
Educational and Additional Requirements:
· Two year technical degree with 5 years in Industrial Automation experience or equivalent; prefer BS in Engineering or in similar related field.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) - Certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of CAD Software, SolidWorks/ eDrawings a plus
· Ability to visit headquarters in Germany for Training
