About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Aventura headquarters and work closely with our COO to drive operational excellence and support the company's growth.

As the Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day tasks, supporting the COO, and contributing to the long-term operational strategy. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement into a director-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the COO on strategic initiatives and daily operations.
- Assist in managing cross-functional projects related to business operations, process improvements, and technology implementations.
- Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Coordinate and support meetings, ensuring follow-up on key action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in business operations, consulting, project management, or related areas (experience in FinTech or financial services is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Location Requirement:
This is an on-site role based at our Aventura, FL headquarters. Remote work is not available for this position, as you will be working directly with the COO to drive key initiatives.
