You will oversee all public relations activities and initiatives, from media outreach to event coordination, to amplify our brand voice and ensure a consistent and positive public perception. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Media Relations and Outreach
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across print, digital, and broadcast media.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch story ideas to secure positive coverage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews, press briefings, and editorial meetings.
- Strategic Communications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a robust PR strategy that aligns with the company's brand and business goals.
- Draft and edit high-quality content, including press releases, thought leadership articles, blog posts, speeches, and social media messaging.
- Craft messaging for external communications that resonates with key audiences and reflects the brand voice.
- Reputation Management and Crisis Communications
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing timely reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop crisis communication plans and handle sensitive issues with professionalism to protect and maintain the company's reputation.
- Event Coordination and Community Engagement
- Plan and coordinate public-facing events, such as press conferences, brand activations, and community initiatives, to strengthen brand visibility.
