What Will I Do In This Role?
- Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintenance, installations and repair of all manufacturing machinery in a high-speed production environment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Maintaining safe, clean and orderly work environment
- Requesting MRO supplies as needed to maintain production
- Other responsibilities as required
- Past, proven experience in manufacturing maintenance and mechanic work strongly desired
- 2 yrs industrial mechanical exp., motor controls, basic PLC & computer knowledge needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge, a plus
- Receptiveness to overtime required in department
- Receptiveness to attending training opportunities provided by Company and its vendors
- Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 50lbs. without assistance
