Overview:

Responsibilities:
- To consistently demonstrate superior guest service and ensure that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.
- To maintain the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and safety throughout the department, adhering to our company's guidelines and regulations.
- To perform various tasks including product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and providing exceptional guest service as necessary to meet our standards.
- To actively engage with guests, have fun, and work well with others to create a positive and supportive team environment.
- To effectively communicate with and take direction from supervision.
Qualifications:
- A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge of deli operations and chicken kitchen procedures.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a fast-paced environment.
