Responsibilities:
As a Deli/Bakery Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing products for sale, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Offer prompt and courteous service to all customers, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.
- Prepare products for sale by following established procedures, including frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, and pricing.
- Ensure that all products are properly stored and displayed, maintaining optimal product levels, quality, and freshness.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management, providing suggestions for improving customer satisfaction.
- Assist in receiving and storing products, ensuring that all deliveries are properly documented and stored.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
