We are seeking a Smart Completions Coordinator to support the implementation and management of Hexagon Smart Completions software, ensuring efficient execution of commissioning, startup, and handover processes. This role involves coordinating data entry, workflow automation, reporting, and system optimization to improve project efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in completions management, digital project execution, and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Software Implementation & Support: Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Hexagon Smart Completions for project use.
- Data Coordination & Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry for commissioning, inspections, and asset readiness tracking.
- Workflow & Process Optimization: Support the automation of digital workflows to streamline completions and handover processes.
- Team Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to users on best practices for using Smart Completions software.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate progress reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation for project stakeholders.
- Integration & Troubleshooting: Work with IT and engineering teams to resolve software-related issues and integrate with other project systems.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all completions activities align with industry regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and contribute to enhancing software functionality and project efficiency.
- 3 years of experience in completions, commissioning, or digital project coordination in oil & gas, construction, or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Hexagon Smart Completions or similar project lifecycle management software.
- Strong understanding of commissioning workflows, asset integrity, and digital handover processes.
- Proficiency in data management, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations.
