The HR & Recruiting Professional will support both HR functions and recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day HR administration while also assisting in the hiring process. The ideal candidate has experience in both human resources and talent acquisition, ensuring smooth operations for both functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Handle new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and orientation.
- Manage employee records and HR compliance documentation.
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related concerns.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
