As we continue to grow, were seeking a strategic and creative Brand & Product Marketing Manager to refine our market positioning, elevate our brand presence, and drive product adoption through compelling storytelling.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is ideal for a marketing leader who excels at translating product capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives. Youll collaborate across sales, product, and customer success teams to shape Gravitys value proposition, execute integrated campaigns, and differentiate us in the market.
Role Overview :
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on strengthening Gravitys brand identity and product positioning within the public sector finance space. Youll develop and execute campaigns that enhance awareness, drive adoption, and establish Gravity as the go-to solution for finance leaders in government. Success in this role will require a mix of strategic thinking, customer insight, and execution excellence.
What Youll Do :
- Refine & Elevate Market Positioning :
Craft a clear, compelling value proposition that resonates with public sector finance leaders. Ensure Gravitys messaging aligns with customer pain points and industry trends.
Partner with customer success to gather and analyze insights from interviews, surveys, and product usage data. Use these insights to refine buyer personas and tailor messaging.
Work closely with product management to develop compelling narratives around new features, ensuring that marketing content focuses on customer outcomes and business impact.
Develop battle cards, product presentations, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials to help sales teams articulate Gravitys unique value.
Execute a content-driven social media and PR strategy, highlighting thought leadership, customer success stories, and product innovations.
Partner with the CMO to build media relationships and secure press coverage that enhances brand credibility. Manage analyst briefings to increase Gravitys visibility in the industry.
Lead competitive differentiation campaigns and collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and releases, ensuring alignment across sales, customer success, and marketing.
Track key performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on engagement data and campaign effectiveness.
