Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) , the Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing the buyer journey, collaborating across teams, and leveraging data insights to deliver measurable results. Youll partner with sales, product marketing, customer success, and revenue operations to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. If you excel at turning data into action, building scalable programs, and working cross-functionally to drive growth, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
Role Overview :
This is a building role , ideal for someone excited to design and execute scalable demand generation strategies from the ground up. Youll own the entire marketing funnel, from generating awareness to improving lead quality and conversion through strategic use of paid media, SEO, and content marketing . A focus on experimentation, testing, and learning will be key to your success.
WhatYoull Do :
- Develop & Execute Demand Gen Programs :
Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and co-marketing initiatives. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and buyer personas.
Collaborate with revenue operations to track campaign performance metrics, including lead attribution, funnel velocity, and ROI. Use tools like Pardot and Salesforce to monitor and integrate data effectively.
Partner with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and enhance lead quality. Ensure MQL and SQL criteria are aligned and improve lead handoff processes.
Develop co-branded campaigns with partners to expand market reach and credibility, integrating these programs into the overall demand generation strategy.
Conduct A / B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and ads. Use performance data to iterate quickly, maximizing engagement and conversions.
Drive organic and high-intent traffic through keyword research , customer behavior analysis , and competitive insights .
Track campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights. Deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders to inform budget allocation and strategy refinement.
