- Defines and establishes knowledge management tasks.
- Documents key meetings for personnel.
- Documents and develops presentations for related processes.
- Compiles reports on team and system performance and utilization.
- Organizes data and establishes file structures for information accessibility and dissemination.
- Develops and prepares both administrative and technical presentations and reports.
- Serves as an on-site liaison between the team, program manager and government staff.
- Maintains and updates program & SOSi related documentation.
- Provides personnel administrative support to the contractor personnel.
- Maintains individual and team calendars and conference room schedules.
- Maintains employee rosters, organizational charts, and training records.
Current TS required with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Currently possess a CI Poly or an ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's Degree in technical, statistics, computer science, engineering or mathematical field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer interface skills.
