Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Program Integrator (Integration) to join our team supporting PEO Missiles & Space, Integrated Fires Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This position is expected to be on-site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Program Integrator (Integration Ops) responsible for ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives · Requires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholders · Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders · Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan · Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters · Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/opportunities. · Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partners · Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integration · Document and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials · Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management efforts across the Integrated Fires program integration space
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, or Program Integrator supporting DoD weapon system programs
- Experience supporting missile defense systems.
- DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education Requirements:
- Master’s degree 10 years’ experience -or- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.) 18 years’ experience -or- 22 years with no degree
Other Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
