The Role
We’re looking for driven, commission-based Outside Sales Representatives to expand Ignite’s presence in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, and Edmond. This role is remote but requires in-person client visits within your assigned territory. You’ll be working directly with dispensaries, smoke shops, and wholesale buyers to drive sales and grow our market share.
This role offers a clear path to full-time employment based on performance. High-performing sales representatives will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W2 position with additional benefits and leadership opportunities as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new accounts within your territory
- Conduct in-person visits and product demos at retail locations
- Educate buyers on our product lineup, selling points, and promotions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
- Negotiate pricing and order terms to maximize revenue opportunities
- Submit orders and track progress using HubSpot CRM
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (cannabis, wholesale, or related industries a plus)
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-driven with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel (this role requires frequent client visits)
- Tech-savvy – Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
- Passionate about the cannabis industry and helping businesses grow
