What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of construction project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals, create accurate estimates, and oversee project schedules using MS Project.
- Monitor budget, projections, and schedules, proactively addressing potential delays or unexpected costs.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, managing expectations, and resolving scope changes.
- Mentor and develop project engineers, inspiring accountability and professional growth.
- Lead project meetings, including weekly onsite updates and monthly budget reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam; experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, methodical approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, architects, designers, and field personnel.
- Knowledge of construction operations, safety guidelines, and technical drawings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor teams effectively.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED Accreditation are a plus.
- Reliable transportation for travel is required, including between multiple job sites.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $160,000 annually. Actual base compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
