Salary Range: $175,000.00 - $210,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and promote the overall growth and profitability of the Irvine office
- Foster strong community involvement and professional relationships
Qualifications
- Background in Land Use Planning, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources, or Public Works
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Manager managing staff and projects
- Strong Business Development skills with the ability to market services in Orange County
- MA Degree in City/Regional Planning OR BS in Civil Engineering
- California PE license or AICP certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Leadership experience in professional organizations (preferred)
