We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation and HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing compensation programs, as well as maintaining and optimizing our HR Information Systems (HRIS).
You will play a critical role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation and HRIS related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and HRIS.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights and recommendations to HR and leadership teams.
- Assist with a portfolio of projects in support of the UKG HRIS platform.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
