Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated counselor to join our team with licensure to practice in Idaho and the ability to credential with insurance providers. We are a mental health nonprofit serving the West Central Mountains with numerous programs that align with our mission to "strengthen families and prevent child abuse." In addition to typical counseling settings, we also have a crisis response program as well as a dynamic in-home family therapy program. We are looking for LMFTs, LCPCs, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. This involves work in our mental health clinic setting with office space, scheduling, and billing provided to you, or you can choose to work via telehealth.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize dance therapy as a creative approach for clients, particularly those on the
