We are currently seeking an Entry Level Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team!

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels in a retail setting
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas, and participate in sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales deals in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using our CRM system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel locally and attend events as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
