Summary
Shift: Monday-Friday 11a-7p
JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to Perform a variety of duties related to Customer Support by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receives orders from customers by email, website & EDI and daily process orders to ensure prompt delivery. Entry of customer orders within 24 hours.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Resolves customers inquiries and complaints by checking on delivery dates, availability of product, shipping information etc.
4. Issue Resolution/ Probing and Problem-solving. Coordinates with Sales, Planning and MFG to help resolve any issues from customers.
5. Determines the in-house availability of products to fill orders or places orders with appropriate parties to ensure prompt delivery of products.
6. Monitors the status of open orders, back orders, daily orders, and purchase orders to ensure product is received on time to fill orders.
7. Files and performs other general office work.
8. Performs other position-related duties as assigned.
9. Comply with Compliance Program Including Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety, and Confidential Information Management Guidelines

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
