Position Description
JOB TITLE : Chief Nursing Officer
SUPERVISED BY : Administrator
SUPERVISES : Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurses, Certified Staff Administering Medications, Certified Nursing Aides,

POSITION PURPOSE :
Chief Nursing Officer resumes responsibility for the health of each resident and the coordination of services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

Position has full access to Protected Health Information of residents
Proficiency or Productivity Standards :
Organize and prioritize tasks and projects
Accurately complete job responsibilities within the specified time constraints to meet the needs of residents, regulatory standards and customer satisfaction
Physical Requirements :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Ability to speak, hear, and read English
Ability to discern temperature, texture, size, and shape
