Requirements

Job Qualifications

Director of Social Services Qualifications : SNF / LTC

At least one year experience required working with elderly population in acute, long term care, or community based setting, preferred.

Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Ability to build rapport with residents / families.

Must be comfortable with one on one conversation, routine visits with residents, and facilitating difficult conversations with families.

Demonstrate progressive leadership and initiative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Description

50k-60k
