Description
Ignite Team Partners is seeking an FP&A Analyst. You will help with a broad range of financial planning activities throughout our organization. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally and have exposure to our senior leadership and operational teams. In addition, you will:
- Be responsible for forecasting revenue, expenses, and coordinating weekly cash flow updates
- Responsible for building and maintaining all financial reports for delivery to internal and external users
- Analyze consolidated financial results under different scenarios
- Assist with the preparation of proforma models for acquisitions
- Serve as a finance partner to leadership. This includes working with operational personnel on the budgeting process, delivering monthly forecast updates, and performing ad-hoc analysis
- Assist with the monthly close process, including preparing accruals and reclasses and investigating variances vs. budget
What you bring along:
- Working experience of being an FP&A partner for 4 years performing financial analysis in a high growth company
- Extremely high proficiency with Excel regarding data manipulation/ building complex financial models
- Experience with Vena is a plus
- Strong attention to detail

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar area of study
- 4 years of FP&A experience in a high growth company
- Experience in healthcare, specifically skilled nursing or rehabilitation an advantage
- Experience with Vena, Sage Intaact, Paylocity and other ERP/CRM products
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced functional knowledge of MS Excel is required
- Excellent communication skills; positive attitude and customer focused
- Ability to work with remote, virtual teams
- Team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environment.
- High accuracy with strong attention to detail
- This is an in-office position based in our Park Ridge, IL office
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
