Get Fired Up! Ignite Medical Resorts is Hiring an SNF experienced Regional Business Office Manager to cover our Chicagoland area locations. This Role requires at least 4 days a week covering our 5 IL facilities all in the Chicagoland area, to be 6 late in 2025.

Our Divisional Business Office Manager plays a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for a skilled Divisional Business Office Manager to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Vice President of Business Office the Divisional Business Office Manager will be responsible for providing training, guidance, and support to the Facility Business Office Managers on all aspects of the Accounts Receivable process performed at the facility level.
To serve as a communication lead between the Support Office and the Facility to assist with centralized billing office requests and adherence to Business Office initiatives and/or facility related issues.
Responsible for providing guidance and direction to the facility business office staff on specific tasks related to the revenue cycle process.
Responsible for filling in remotely and/or on site when needed during vacancy and PTO/vacation requests.
Job Requirements
· Accounts Receivable Experience in a SNF and LTC healthcare environment
· Consult and guide designated Business Office Managers
· Monitor billing and collection efforts
· Audit and training provided for all Business office policy and procedures
· Communicate and use collection protocols for any at risk accounts
· Communicate and escalate at risk items with General Manager, VP of Business Office, and VP of Revenue Cycle Management.
· Knowledge of Medicaid Pending Application Process, Recertification, and Authorization for state of Illinois
· Participate, provide guidance, analyze system compliance, conduct AR Reviews and provide education
· Collaborate with General Manager and VP of Business Office for involvement, improvement, and support
· Experience with Medicare and Managed Care billing and processes
· Ensure timely and accurate billing and payments are being received by designated timelines
· Monitor for compliance of Internal Controls
· Knowledge of Resident Trust Fund processes utilizing RFMS
· Knowledge of Admission Contracts
· Previous experience training and educating all levels of staff in person and remotely
· Skilled Nursing Facility Business Office experience is required for consideration.
· Knowledge of Point Click Care

Requirements
· College degree preferred.
· The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 year’s experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office, preferably managing multiple locations; extensive experience in billing and collections including Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Private Pay, and Medicaid Pending payers. Knowledge of outpatient insurance authorization process required.
· Excellent communication skills a must; both written and oral to allow for teaching and training of facility staff.
· Excellent organization and analytical skills are required.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet monthly/weekly reporting deadlines.
· Knowledge of Point Click Care, Excel and Word.
· Daily Travel between facilities in Illinois are required.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
