Job Description
Treehouse Therapies is looking for passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our highly skilled, dedicated team of Physical, Occupational, and Behavioral Therapists in both Bend and Redmond, OR.
At Treehouse Therapies, we work with children and families in our clinics, in their homes, in the pool, and on horseback (hippotherapy). In Bend, we are located at Stirrup Purpose Riding Center, where we have converted a 3,600 sq. ft. home on the ranch into our main therapy clinic. This location allows us to incorporate the therapeutic benefits of animals and nature to achieve our therapy goals. In Redmond, we have a 3,600 sq. ft. clinic with farm animals and an indoor pool. In Sisters, we are located at and partner with Pole Creek Ranch.
The ideal candidate would be able to work at all of our Central Oregon locations and be available to work after-school hours. We currently have full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate (OT), reassess (OT), and treat (COTA or OT) children from birth to 18 years old with a variety of diagnoses.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented approach to treat the whole child and support families.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a desire to be part of a team making a difference for children and families in our community.
Required qualifications:
- Valid Oregon OT or COTA License
- Experience with the pediatric population
- Availability to work afternoon and early evening hours
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Communicate in a clear, professional, and understandable manner both on the phone and in person.
- Manage caseload, including scheduling, sending reminder notices, and ensuring efficient billing/report turnaround.
- Provide administrative support where needed.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new information, knowledge, and experiences efficiently.
- Adaptability to change and ability to articulate needs for support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work as a collaborative team member with PT and Behavioral Health professionals.
Salary : $115,000
