Key Responsibilities
- Project Design and Management:
- Design and oversee healthcare projects of varying sizes, from feasibility through construction administration
- Coordinate design phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Manage bid period activities and construction administration, including site visits and coordination
- Client and Team Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, governing authorities, stakeholders, and internal team members
- Provide clear and effective communication with all parties throughout project lifecycle
- Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Education and Licensure:
- Architectural degree from an accredited university (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Architectural license required (California licensure preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including small- and large-scale projects
- At least 5 years of recent experience with OSHPD/HCAI preferred
- Proven ability to oversee project delivery from inception to completion
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
