Position Title : Management Analyst SME

Location : Hurlburt Field, FL

Overview : The contractor shall provide professional services and expertise to support A2E’s mission objectives. The work will involve intelligence analysis, strategic planning, programmatic management, and administrative support to advance A2E’s efforts in achieving adaptable airborne capabilities across AFSOC operations.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Intelligence Support

Provide actionable intelligence analysis to inform A2E operational decisions.
Monitor, collect, and analyze data related to emerging threats, uUAS technologies, and adversary capabilities that impact AFSOC’s airborne operations.
Develop and deliver intelligence briefs and reports for A2E leadership to aid in mission planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable security and classification guidelines when handling intelligence products.

Strategy Execution for uUAS Capabilities

Assist in the development and execution of strategies for advancing uUAS capabilities within AFSOC.

Provide analytical support for integrating uUAS technologies into AFSOC’s operational framework.

Develop recommendations for aligning uUAS initiatives with broader A2E objectives and AFSOC’s strategic goals.

Support the identification and mitigation of risks related to the implementation of uUAS capabilities.

Programmatic Support for the A2E Enterprise

Provide programmatic oversight and administrative assistance to ensure the seamless execution of A2E initiatives.

Track, analyze, and report on the progress of key A2E programs, including budgetary, contractual, and operational metrics.

Assist in preparing and reviewing program documentation, including plans, schedules, and briefings for stakeholders.

Support the management of resources and personnel dedicated to A2E efforts.

Program Management Analysis and Assistance

Conduct program management analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of A2E initiatives.

Provide assistance in the development of program management tools and processes to enhance enterprise operations.

Collaborate with AFSOC leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment between A2E programs and AFSOC priorities.

Support the preparation and delivery of program status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for A2E-related pathfinding and development initiatives.

Prepare briefings and training materials for squadron use to facilitate understanding and implementation of A2E advancements.

Provide guidance to squadron leadership on A2E capabilities, technologies, and strategic advancements.

Attend headquarters biweekly meetings to improve tactical and operational cohesion and relay relevant updates to A2E stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Top Secret / SCI Clearance

Bachelor’s degree with 15 years professional experience.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.

Expertise in intelligence analysis and familiarity with AFSOC operations.

Experience in program management and strategy execution within a military or DoD environment.

Knowledge of uUAS technologies and their applications in airborne operations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
