Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer to join our team supporting PM STRIKE in Huntsville, AL. This position is expected to be on-site (max 1 day per week telework).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems
- Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI / EMC, Safety, Human Factors, Live Fire
- Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD)
- Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features
- Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle
