Job Title: Sr. Subcontract Administrator
Location: San Antonio, TX (2 days on site, Hybrid)
Status: US Citizens only
Salary: $105k-$115k/yr , W2, Full-Time
Role Responsibilities:
The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for performing transactional functions supporting third party services. This will involve working in various systems with an emphasize on first time accuracy, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks within established parameters. The successful candidate will report directly to a manager, and work in a team environment. This individual will be working with existing processes, procedures, and templates. Internal training will be provided for familiarization with systems. Excellent written and verbal communications are important for daily tasks and engagement. Responsible for completing tasks within certain time objectives and working with internal teams members and external suppliers for task completion. Individual will cultivate solid business relationships to achieve business objectives. Individual should have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working within parameters that require compliance in the Federal space. Also, ability to troubleshoot problems and escalate concerns if roadblocks are encountered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative or professional writing related field
- 6 years exposure to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in a coordinator position supporting a Federal Subcontractor is highly regarded
- Detailed oriented, organized, flexible
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
- Experience working with a Business Development Team to evaluate RFP/FRQ Drafts
- Some knowledge in federal proposal writing or development

- Interest and passion with learning new systems and managing data
- Internship experiences in a professional business environment
- Ability to set priorities and de-conflict multiple demands
- Able to apply sound business judgment
- Supply Chain studies and/or Certification
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
