Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary facilitator for the Agile software development team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
· Remove impediments and roadblocks to support the development team in meeting their commitments.
· Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with Air Force mission objectives.
· Work closely with Air Force stakeholders to ensure alignment between project deliverables and mission needs.
• Participate in Functional Requirements Boards (FRBs), Release and/or Sprint planning meetings.
• Lead analysis, elaboration, and documentation efforts for government approved requirements.
• Assist in managing and tracking government prioritized lists of requirements.
• Coordinate the tracking of requirements with functional analysts, technical team and stakeholders.
• Review, edit and provide input as it pertains to the Information Support Plan (ISP) for each application, as required.
• Participate in various software Change Request (CR) reviews.
• Assist in the development of software test documents and perform system testing during development of new software releases to ensure software satisfies requirements.
• Review and provide inputs to software designs.
• Document the traceability of requirements to their source Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), or equivalent, if/when necessary.
• Develop use cases/user stories/functional specifications for approved requirements.
• Review and provide inputs to software defects to ensure requirements are fully vetted and clearly written for each program.
• Review test descriptions to ensure they accurately test the validity of the software requirements.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees.
Possess advanced system analysis techniques, principles, and practices.
Ability to prepare workflow analysis.
Should be able to lead and facilitate software requirements gathering and translation efforts.

Qualifications:
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
· 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Manager in a software development environment.
· Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
· Must hold, or be able to obtain, a Secret security clearance.
Preferred:
· Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Air Force software development efforts.
· Understanding of Air Force mission priorities and operational requirements
