Ignite is seeking a mid to senior Intelligence Integrator to support the development of analytic methodologies oriented toward enabling the statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization objectives of an intelligence community client.  The employee will be required to oversee, identify, and integrate finished intelligence from multiple sources and aggregate the information into a variety of data models and visualizations.

 

Duties:

  • Interact with analysts, mission partners and others on analytical functionality and exploitation and related support tools.
  • Support the assessment of new analytical tools and the necessary standards to facilitate compatibility and greater efficiencies across the tool sets utilized by imagery/geospatial analysts.
  • Work with minimal guidance and be fully capable of meeting most analytic methodology services.
  • Collaborate to deliver accurate technical insights that enhance collective analysis.
  • Evaluate and apply advanced analytical techniques, including statistical data analysis, knowledge discovery, and modeling, to address complex intelligence problems and develop quantitative assessments.
  • Provide database consultation, graphical data visualizations, and recommendations for quantitative data selection, intelligence collection & integration.
  • Serve as a liaison to the larger Intelligence Community at the direction of the client.
  • Work rapidly in a high tempo environment that often requires multi-tasking.
  • Support the corporate business development/capture efforts and growth objectives of Ignite.

This position is pending contract award.  

Job Requirements

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years of intelligence related experience is preferred.
  • Attendance in a basic Intelligence Course is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Intelligence Analyst in a data driven/statistically driven environment or as a Data Scientist in support of an Intelligence Community mission.
  • Previous intelligence integration experience a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to break down and analyze complex and/or difficult problems.
  • Ability to prepare reports and present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • At least 3 years of Space Command experience, or other related experiences in the other branches of service.
  • Working knowledge of the assigned technology stack.
  • Experience collecting, interpreting, and organizing data or integrating intelligence.
  • Advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication in national security environments.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills; writing and briefing skills particularly critical.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated relevant expertise in identifying, retrieving, manipulating, relating and/or exploiting multiple structured data sets from various sources.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying knowledge of analytic tools to develop models, visualize data, and perform a range of analyses (e.g., systems analysis, comparative analysis).
  • Demonstrated expertise building/maintaining a database or spreadsheet, performing quality checks and data integrity reviews, developing analysis and visualizations, and explaining and briefing results to technical and non-technical audiences and policy makers.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with knowledge of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) operations and sensors, which can be applied to satisfy key intelligence inquiries.
  • Demonstrated relevant expertise in understanding of statistical/mathematical analysis to apply statistical/mathematical techniques to GEOINT.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employing one or more of the following methodologies: statistical modeling; experimental design; research design; sampling; clustering; data reduction; confidence intervals; testing modeling, or predictive modeling in support of an intelligence mission area.
  • Demonstrated relevant expertise with analytic methodologies in support of intelligence product development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or similar, with the ability to adapt to additional languages as needed.
  • Experience leading Red Team Exercises.
  • Experience with Service Futures.
  • Experience designing scenarios for wargaming exercises.
  • Group facilitation or teaching a plus.

Security Clearance Required:  Top Secret with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Salary will range form $130,000 to $170,000 depending on experience
