Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide support to the development, management, and planning for current and future missile defense capabilities.
· Support MDAs Program and Budget Review, Presidential Budget, and Program Objectives Memorandum process for missile defense planning and budgeting.
· Provide review, analysis, and recommendations on the development and addition of functional requirements, variances, and/or changes.
· Provide quality checks on analysis, documents, and presentations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
· Master’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum 12 years of experience.
· Experience in the development, management, and planning for current and future capabilities as they relates to missile defense, specifically related to the functional portion of the system.
· Experience in Program Budget Reviews and the establishment of inputs to the Presidential Budget government Program Objectives Memorandum process.
· Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations on the development, addition, variances, and changes to functional requirement as well as providing quality checks on technical documentation and products.
· Senior-level experience in document development, presentations, change requests, and other engineering products.
· Experience with interacting and supporting high level government customers (Senior NH-4 director-level and above)
· Understanding of Industry/DoD engineering best practices, complemented with mature communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
· Previous MDA experience
· Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
· Knowledge of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile defense fundamentals
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
Education Requirements:
· Master’s Degree in STEM Discipline
Other Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and be able to hold an active Security Clearance at the Secret Level.
