Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Space System Engineer to join our team supporting NOVASTAR, in Dayton, OH. This position is expected to be onsite. This position will be supporting our intelligence customers in the analysis of complex space systems to include foreign space system analysis and modeling.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

• Construct highly detailed 3-D geometric computer aided design (CAD) models of space systems.

• Assess dynamic characteristics of space systems.

• Conduct analysis of multiple tasked foreign satellite systems from all-source intelligence and open-source intelligence to provide engineering judgements of system design.

• Perform analysis of foreign satellite subsystems and components.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

•Experience in Space Systems Analysis

•Experience in Space Systems Analysis.

•Experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) in one or more of the following software preferred:

· Solidworks

· AutoCAD/AutoDesk

· PTC Creo

· CATIA

· Siemens NX

 

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

 

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.

 

 

Other Requirements:

Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
