The customer service role is an in-office position focused on making phone calls to customers to follow up on services provided, and invite them to take the next step toward learning about more (free) services. You will be persuasive, without being “sales-ey” and all of your interactions will be over the phone with customers.

The day to day responsibilities for this position include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide an experience that best serves their needs.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services to clients.
• Skillfully persuade clients to take advantage of free services available to them.

• Possesses superior phone presence and oral communication skills
• Is a terrific listener
• Approaches every call with a smile, and brings positive energy to each conversation with clients

About Our Company:

It started with a simple idea.

Founded in 2012, HomeBinder was born out of one simple need: to make finding and storing and retrieving a home's information easier. Buying, maintaining and selling homes isn't an easy process for anyone involved. Keeping track of all of the paperwork long-term can be even harder. HomeBinder is an online platform that stores all of a home's data so that it can be easily gathered, found, referenced and shared. To help home buyers, in 2023, HomeBinder launched HomeBinder Assistant through its partners. Through HomeBinder Assistant, inspection companies, lenders, real estate agents and other partners can now give home buyers a free service to setup utilities and other home services to help them get settled in their new home.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and customer service
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Experience in outbound calling is beneficial
- Analytical skills for problem-solving
- Multilingual abilities would be advantageous
- Sales experience or upselling skills are desirable
