- Coordinate, schedule, and track inspection orders for commercial real estate clients across the country.
- Manage a high volume of emails daily while maintaining and updating inspection orders in a centralized database.
- Communicate professionally with clients and inspectors via email and phone to confirm scheduling details and ensure smooth coordination.
- Book inspections with local inspectors and vendors, ensuring they fully understand job-specific requirements.
- Identify and reach out to new inspectors in areas where additional coverage is needed.
- Support leadership in developing, documenting, and improving operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and database management skills.
- Previous account management and/or order processing experience in a fast paced environment.
- Minimum high school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus, or working in similar operational and technical roles
- Experience in property management, home services, or inspections is a plus.
