Job Overview
Processors play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of utility and internet subscription orders for home buyers. This position is responsible for verifying order details, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements, and resolving any processing issues in collaboration with the sales and vendor teams. Processors must maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment, supporting overall business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Verification
- Accurately process and verify customer orders, ensuring all details align with vendor requirements.
- Cross-check orders against sales submissions to minimize errors and rework.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of processed orders.
Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in order details, collaborating with Home Experts and vendors as needed.
- Escalate complex processing issues to the Processing Team Manager for resolution.
- Follow up on pending or delayed orders to ensure timely completion.
Compliance & Security
- Adhere to vendor security requirements and PCI compliance standards when handling sensitive customer information.
- Participate in regular compliance training to stay updated on data security best practices.
Efficiency & Workflow Management
- Process orders within established turnaround times to meet company and vendor expectations.
- Manage workload effectively to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
- Provide feedback on workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Processing Team Manager and sales team to facilitate smooth order processing.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and vendors.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about process updates.
