The Network Architecture Design Manager will design Local Area Network (LAN), Campus Area Network (CAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) data, voice, and video architectures.
This position is contingent upon award
Essential Responsibilities :
- Designing Local Area Network (LAN), Campus Area Network (CAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) data, voice, and video architectures.
- Configuring and implementing internal, external, and service provider routing protocols.
- Analyzing networking metrics to identify subpar network performance.
- Developing reports and trend analysis documentation on bandwidth and network security incidents.
- Troubleshooting network intrusion devices.
- Administering advanced Cisco network products.
- Providing on-shift training for contractors and government personnel.
- Collaborating on network / system needs analysis.
- Participating in the planning, design, upgrade, and deployment of enterprise data center hardware and software.
- Deliver On-call support outside normal business hours, as required.
