- Properly identifying all tenants and / or visitors upon arrival
- Answering basic questions and concerns while remaining patient with all tenants and / or visitors

Applicants must pass a drug and background test and have reliable transportation to and from job locations. Max of 35-hour workweek, but not consecutive.
