IGT is seeking an outstanding Packer in Lakeland! This position provides an opportunity to contribute to the success of our packaging and palletizing process. As a Packer, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring the detailed execution of our operations. You will join a motivated and ambitious team passionate about delivering outstanding products to our clients.

IGT Lakeland is a high-speed printing and packaging operation. We supply instant scratch lottery tickets to players around the world!

Duties and responsibilities

• Inspection of instant lottery tickets to resolve quality and accuracy
• Lottery ticket book separation to ensure meticulous organization
• Operation of shrink wrap machines with proven precision
• Collection and organization of books to maintain detailed workflow
• Verification and packing of cartons to meet strict quality standards
• Data entry for packing and voiding to maintain accurate records
• Palletizing completed cartons of lottery tickets for seamless shipping

Requirements

Education Required

• Equivalent experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma.

Experience Required

• 1 years of production, industrial operations, and/or printing Industry experience

Skills Required

• Stand/walk up to 12 hours on shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally during the shift
• Bend, stoop, kneel, squat, push, pull, and twist at the torso as needed to perform work
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Able to follow detailed processes and procedures related to facility operations
• Must have a positive demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal and communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience or Skills

• Knowledge of press or printing operations preferred
• Recent training in OSHA and/or safety procedures a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
