Overview
Manage sales orders for multiple jurisdictions and account executives, from order receipt to customer receipt. The goal of this position is to drive toward timely entry and delivery of orders to meet quarterly and year end revenue goals and customer needs
Location- This is a hybrid position located in our West Greenwich, RI office.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders for multiple jurisdictions across Field Service and Product Management
- Works directly with account managers, field services, production control, product managements, quality, shipping, procurement, accounting, and logistics to report on order status, product availability, pricing, and delivery
- Enter and process orders as needed
- Processes and updates delivery time information as parts become available and updates sales orders
- Responds to and resolves sales order setup and quality assurance issues
- Perform work self-audits
- Performs departmental projects that improve processes and procedures
- Works directly with internal customers to ensure delivery is done on time and accurately
- Monitors the sales order change management process due to customer, product, fulfillment, and schedule changes
- Monitor sales order milestones
- By completing assigned workflows, works to achieve the strategies of the Global Order Management department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas and/or equivalent
- 2 years in sales order management and/or equivalent project management experience
- International order management experience a plus
- Coordination and cross-functional communication
- Basic mathematics
- Microsoft Office
- SAP or equivalent ERP tools

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,450 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
