Overview
IGT Gaming is a passionate team, managing a huge increase in demand while expanding our reach into new product and project types. We are responsible for both the development of new technology, as well as internal and external projects for Gaming customers around the world. We are seeking an upbeat, organized, curious, and diplomatic Administrative Assistant to join us.
As a member of a distributed team, you will assist the VP Cloud Strategy and VP Systems Delivery Operations and Services with assorted administrative duties and become the subject matter expert on administrative systems within IGT. We are not all co-located, and our team’s footprint extends across multiple locations in the US, Europe, and Canada.

Responsibilities :
- Manage / Maintain VP’s dynamic schedules, including meetings, travel, customer events
- Coordinate VP travel plans, logistics and all associated logistics.
- Facilitate and track the payment of invoices, working with IGT’s Accounts Payable and Finance teams, as well as outside vendors.
- Coordinate with IT and HR on new hire onboarding activities.
- Facilitate the completion of new Vendor Onboarding documentation and corporate due diligence, up through and including final contract and SOW execution.
- Coordinate gaming licensing processing, serving as a primary notary public for licensing applications and documentation for team members.
- Track and manage our team’s laptop, mobile device list.
- Assist in coordinating logistics of some travel, meetings, and group events.
- Assist the Cloud Strategy and Casino Systems management teams with special projects as needed.
- Work with management team to create new processes to address our changing needs.
- Create reports and presentations, as needed.
- Work on multiple projects in tandem.
- Serve as a backup for other Administrative Assistants in assigned business unit.
Work Location :
This position is onsite full time at our Las Vegas office five days per week.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990-$96,845. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
