- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 3-5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience.
- Motion graphic animation and design skills used to create short videos, animations, and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and format requirements / constraints.
- Demonstrated knowledge of production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Ability to work on multiple projects from concept to completion, while adhering to project timelines.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
