Key Leadership Responsibilities
IGT is seeking a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering to join our Las Vegas Studio, a newly established game development studio dedicated to developing groundbreaking gaming experiences. This role will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality slot games, ensuring seamless integration across all aspects of the game development process. Overseeing the full software lifecycle, from initial concept and technical design to final implementation, this position will drive innovation and maintain best practices in development. Collaborating closely with artists, designers, and other stakeholders, the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering will play a key role in shaping the studio’s success by managing project roadmaps, optimizing workflows, and delivering industry-leading gaming products.
- Lead and manage the software engineering team, ensuring seamless integration of slot games.
- Oversee all phases of the software lifecycle, from design through delivery, meeting quality and timeline goals.
- Collaborate with artists, animators, designers, and QA to align technical execution with creative objectives.
- Inspire innovation and problem-solving within the team, fostering a culture of fresh ideas and effective solutions.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,538 / yr - $220,000 / yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
