Responsibilities
IGT Treasury is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our analytical and fast-paced global operations team. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play an important role on our team and will have an opportunity for future career growth. This position will work with our team in Providence and collaborate with our many colleagues around the globe. This position performs analyses and assists in recommendations on a variety of treasury related activities including cash management, cash flow forecasts, internal and external Treasury operations, banking relationships, and other duties as assigned.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities :
- Perform monthly forecasting process to include analyzing forecasts and working with international entities to ensure transactions are accurate and on time.
- Monitor global cash balances and coordinate intercompany cash movements
- Perform the daily cash management activities by completing daily bank reconciliations.
- Initiate wire payments, obtaining backup documentation, verifying signature authorizations
- Maintain wire payment support for internal control reviews
- Assist with Dividend / IC Loan Approval Documents (extraordinary) related to international sites
- Maintain weekly debt schedules, including coordination of notices and interest payments.
- Wire investigations
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from sites and internal departments
- Trade foreign exchange (FX) spot transactions, FX confirmations and investigations
- Provide backup support for Treasury Analyst
- Work with IT on system issues and solutions
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Tax, International Sites, IT)
- Assist Treasury group with other projects / needs as assigned

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
