Responsibilities
- Support ongoing project activities : prepare flowcharts to illustrate processes
- Document operational procedures to bring change acceptance into the organization
- Support ongoing project's recurring meetings : preparing agendas, producing minutes, following up on action items
- Read and interpret people-related data
- Prepare PowerPoint slides based on people data that helps tell stories
- Prepare Workforce Planning PowerPoint presentations
