Your day as a Analytics Manager:
As the Analytics Manager you will provide essential direction and oversight for our innovative Analytics team, ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals. Your role will be pivotal in leading a hybrid team that effectively utilizes both quantitative and qualitative methods to deeply understand member needs and inform our strategic direction. By identifying new opportunities for business value, you will foster a culture that prioritizes insights and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership, coupled with your technical expertise and business acumen, will be crucial in managing both in-office and remote members, enhancing collaboration, accountability, and goal alignment.
Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

5 years in analytics leadership

Extensive experience in descriptive and diagnostic analytics

Mastery of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS, Power BI) for data visualization and reporting, along with familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools like Copilot AI,

Proficiency in predictive analytics and statistical modeling is preferred

Experience in enterprise data environments including structured data models, governance frameworks and analytics-driven decision-making.

Proven track record of using analytics for customer/member segmentation retention analysis and engagement strategies in data-driven organizations

Ability to lead, manage and develop a high-performing Insights & Analytics team ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Strong member service focus with an ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.

Physical Requirements:

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
