What we're looking for in a Project Manager
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 2-5 years of project management experience
- Expert-level project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise-wide projects
- Demonstrated proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Extensive experience working effectively with all levels of staff including leadership and vendors
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing IT projects and/or strong knowledge of IT functions priorities and terminology to align IT resources with the project portfolio
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements using user stories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Project, SharePoint)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Credit Union operations and processes (Preferred)
