Job Description

IH Services is a recognized leader in providing facility maintenance and building services to many of the most recognized brands in the manufacturing, distribution, power generation, hospitality, health care and automotive industries. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Admin Assistant for our location in Orlando, FL

Pay Rate : $22.75 per hour

Hours : Full-Time, 40 Hour Week

Duties :

Overseeing and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation standards of assigned areas.

Inspecting the work of janitorial staff, identifying areas needing improvement, and ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed according to established guidelines.

Conducting routine checks, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Helps maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all occupants

Must :

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be self-motivated

Proficient skills in MS Office / Excel

Must pass background check and drug screen
