IHB Architects is seeking a qualified Junior Level Architect to provide drafting/design and junior architect duties in our growing Kent , WA office. We are looking for team-oriented, self-motivated individuals to join a collaborative, fun and casual work environment. IHB Architects is focused on a variety of private market types including: podium-style multi-family and mixed-use projects, high-rise projects, hotels, townhomes, high-end custom homes, churches, developer feasibility studies and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5years min. experience in architecture professional practice (working in an architect's office)
- License not required
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD REQUIRED
- Proficiency with SketchUp HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Proficiency with Bluebeam HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience with 5/2 multi-family projects HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience with feasibility studies a PLUS
- Experience with single-family residences a PLUS
- Proven time-management and multi-tasking ability
- Strong technical skills with design sensibility
