IHC Associates is hiring! We’re a boutique-style behavioral health practice based in the Greater Portland Metro Area, and we’re looking for a passionate, licensed therapist (LCSW) who’s ready to make a difference, with the support of an experienced team behind you.
This is a primarily in-person role, with the option for some telehealth sessions. You’ll work in a beautifully designed, therapist-friendly environment where your voice matters, your schedule is flexible, and your work is deeply respected.

The Work You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy to a diverse client base
- Collaborate with a clinical team that includes medication management providers and EMDR therapists
- Tailor your caseload to match your interests—whether that’s trauma, substance use, anxiety, relationships, or personal growth
- Contribute to an inclusive, affirming space where clients and clinicians alike can thrive
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re an Oregon-licensed LCSW (or close to getting licensed)
- You bring warmth, curiosity, and commitment to ethical, person-centered care
- You’re excited to work with a variety of clients from all walks of life
- Experience or interest in trauma work, substance use treatment, or intensive outpatient (IOP) is a huge plus
- Familiar with EHR systems and basic tech (we’ve got your back if you need training)
- Bilingual? Even better—we welcome diverse perspectives and lived experiences
Bonus Points For:
- CADC II or SUD experience
- EMDR training
- A desire to grow with a dynamic, team-focused practice
