We are actively seeking a PROJECT MANAGER for an immediate openingin our Chicagoland office, with HQ in Elgin, IL.
It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to manage all Project Manager responsibilities efficiently & effectively.
Successful Project Manager is adept in all areas of project management including :
- pre-construction
- estimating
- contract management
- scheduling (ideally P6)
- construction means and methods
- cost control
- payment processes
- closeouts
